• Hospitals (exceptions can be made only if a visiting party or next-of-kin—not medical staff, nurses, or patients—can collect at the drop-off point)

For orders scheduled at a date beyond a week, the design will follow the weekly selection.

Substitution

Flowers arrive in shipment batches, in the event where quality is not up to standard we may substitute or make slight changes to the floral arrangement. We will do our best to keep to a similar colour theme. For any major changes, we'll seek to inform you as soon as possible via email.
