HOW IT WORKS?
HOW TO ORDER ?

STORE OPERATION TIMING & SELF COLLECTION
✔️ We operate daily, Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays.
DELIVERY TIMING
Delivery Timing (Mon-Fri):
Orders made before 8.30am on the same-day will be delivered before 2pm.
Orders made between 8.30am - 12.30pm on the same-day will be delivered before 6pm.
Orders made after 12.30pm on the same-day will be delivered before 10pm.
Delivery Timing (Sat & Sun):
Orders made before 8.30am on the same-day will be delivered before 2pm.
Orders made after 8.30am on the same-day will be be delivered before 6pm.
If you have a preferred timeslot, you can let us know your order number and preferred timeslot, we will do our best to accommodate.
✔️ We apologise in advance that we are unable to accommodate to specific timing request to keep deliveries affordable for everyone.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
✔️ We deliver to Singapore main island wide exclusive of restricted zones including Hospitals, Jurong Island, Tuas area including Benoi Sector, Pioneer and Tuas industrial, Changi Airport Terminals including Jewel and Changi Industrial areas, Army Camps and offshore islands such as Pulau Ubin etc. Exception deliveries can be made to hospitals if a visiting party or next-of-kin (not medical staff, nurse or patient) is able to collect at the drop off point.
✔️ Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at the delivery address on specified date.
✔️ Our delivery personnel will place the flowers outside the residential home excluding private properties if the recipient is not present. The Daily Blooms will not be liable for late/failed delivery if:
- Address provided is incomplete
- Incorrect address is provided
- Intended recipient not present or no means of leaving items at venue (eg. No access to condo level/unit, unsheltered landed property)
- No valid means of contact
- Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
✔️ We understand that unforeseen events could happen, for pre-orders, do contact us at least a day before date of delivery. Once delivery details has been sent to our courier partner, we would not be able to cancel your order. A redelivery fee of $12 would apply.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
✔️ Due to the perishable nature of our products, we would not be able to accept returns or refund if flowers have been delivered in good condition.

✔️ We accept online payments including Paynow, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Google Pay.
FLOWER CARE
✔️ Flowers are estimated to last up to 3-5 days. Depending on the type of flowers, lifespan ranges accordingly.
