How does The Daily Blooms work?

We offer one fixed design every week and we deliver for free. A new floral design is released every Saturday on our web and IG. 

How do I order?

The Bloom of the Week will be released on our homepage. Click on 'Order Now' to purchase current week's design or 'Preorder'.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, we accept preorder one month in advance. For any later dates, feel free to contact us.

Can I select the choice of flowers?

We currently offer one fixed design a week to ensure The Daily Blooms stays affordable. Each floral arrangement is thoughtfully curated using only the freshest flowers. If there is a specific flower you’re looking for, do stay tuned to our instagram at @thedailybloomssg to receive first hand updates.

Am I able to return the product or request for a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we would not be able to accept returns or refund if flowers have been delivered in good condition. 

We sincerely apologise if flowers were received in damaged or poor condition. Do drop us a message here with your order number and we will get in touch with you.

Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How do I use the promo codes? 

Do look out for the field to enter the discount code (if any) on our payment page. 

 

Delivery

Can I choose a specific time to delivery?

Currently we are not able to fix the timing of delivery. Delivery routes are optimised to keep The Daily Blooms affordable.

For Monday to Saturday, orders made before 12.30pm on the same-day are scheduled between 10am to 5pm. Orders made after 12.30pm on the same-day would be delivered before 9pm.

For Sunday only, orders made before 8.30am on the same-day would be delivered by 5pm. Orders made after 8.30am would be delivered before 9pm.

How will my flowers be delivered? 

By our friendly courier partner!

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery for flowers is free! Unfortunately, we do charge a delivery fee for our candle orders unless flowers and candles are bought together!

What is the delivery area of coverage?

We deliver to Singapore main island wide exclusive of restricted zones, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin etc.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holiday?

We deliver everyday even public holidays.

Can I reroute or request to re-deliver on another date or to a different address?

We understand that unforeseen events could happen, for pre-orders, do contact us at least a day before date of delivery.

Once delivery details has been sent to our courier partner, we would not be able to cancel your order. A redelivery fee of $10 would be charged. 

 

What happens if my recipient is not at home or in office?

We apologise that we are unable to reroute or redeliver. We will pass it to the recipient’s neighbour or colleague if available. If no other option is available, we would leave it at the doorstep or concierge.

Is self collection currently available?

Currently, we do not provide self-collection. You can opt for our delivery service which is free!

 

 

 

 

Flower Care

How long do the flowers last?

Flowers are estimated to last up to 5 days.

How do I keep flowers fresh?

Wet the surface of the sponge and keep flowers under cool conditions, avoiding direct sunlight or heat.

✔️ We offer 1 fixed Bloom Box design each week
✔️ New Bloom Box design launches every Saturday
✔️ We deliver everyday including weekends and public holidays.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
✔️ Please note that we may have to substitute or make slight changes to the floral arrangement depending on fresh imports availability. 
✔️ We will do our best to keep to a similar colour theme. 

 

 

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY 

 

✔️ Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at the delivery address on specified date and timing
✔️ Our delivery personnel will place the flowers outside the residential home excluding private properties if the recipient is not present. The Daily Blooms will not be liable for late/failed delivery if:
  • Address provided is incomplete
  • Incorrect address is provided
  • Intended recipient not present
  • No valid means of contact
  • Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

 

RE-DELIVERY

 

✔️ In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, redelivery can be request at a standard charge of $10.
✔️ Re-delivery timing is subjected to our courier's schedule. Please note that due to the high volume, re-delivery may be rescheduled to the next day.
✔️ Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at the delivery address on specified date and timing. Our delivery personnel will place the flowers outside the residential home excluding private properties if the recipient is not present. 
✔️ Our Customer Care Team team will be reaching out to the sender's contact for failed deliveries. In the event whereby we are unable to reach you an email or text will be sent, please revert or contact The Daily Blooms at 9455 1240 for rescheduling.
