NOTE: Delivery timing will be between 9 - 6pm during Valentine's peak season from 12 to 15 Feb. 

To avoid any manual errors during this peak period, we would have to politely decline any changes to your order after 8 Feb. Changes to order may be subjected to additional charges (Eg. reprinting of polaroid, complete change in message or address etc.) We apologise in advanced and thank you for your understanding.

Red signifying romantic ardor while pink originally non-gendered, ranges from friendship, attachment, admiration and gratitude making it perfect for sending to our Valentine's or Galentine's.

Please note that we may have to substitute or make slight changes to the floral arrangement. We will do our best to keep to a similar colour theme. 

NOTE: Item will only be available during Valentine's week from 11 to 15 February. Kindly do not select other dates. For purchases made on other dates, item will not be fulfilled without prior notice instead. Any refundable amount will be returned in store credits.

Cut Off Timings

9 to 2pm, order before 8.30am

1 to 6pm, order before 12.30pm

*5 to 10 pm, order before 4.30pm. *Only on weekday. Kindly note that the cut off on weekends is 12.30pm.

You can select any delivery time slots at the checkout. We have 3 time slots available.

Advanced Purchase

For advanced purchase, it is by default scheduled in the earliest slot.

Substitution

Flowers arrive in shipment batches, in the event where quality is not up to standard we may substitute or make slight changes to the floral arrangement. We will do our best to keep to a similar colour theme. For any major changes, we'll seek to inform you as soon as possible via email.
