Delivery

Handcrafted fresh on the day of delivery.
Same-day delivery available before 4:30pm on weekdays and 12:30pm on weekends & Public Holidays.

Restricted Delivery Zones

We are unable to deliver to the following areas:

• Tuas (including Benoi Sector, Pioneer, and Tuas Industrial)
  
• Changi Airport Terminals (including Jewel and Changi Industrial areas)
  
• Hospitals (exceptions can be made only if a visiting party or next-of-kin—not medical staff, nurses, or patients—can collect at the drop-off point)

For orders scheduled at a date beyond a week, the design will follow the weekly selection.

Substitution

Flowers arrive in shipment batches, in the event where quality is not up to standard we may substitute or make slight changes to the floral arrangement. We will do our best to keep to a similar colour theme. For any major changes, we'll seek to inform you as soon as possible via email.
