Delivery Timing

• Time slot selection is not available during this period 
• Delivery will be between 9 am - 7 pm from 10 to 15 May
• We apologise in advanced that due to a system limitation, we are unable to remove timing selection at the checkout, hence kindly ignore timing option 

• Option to self-collect at PAZZION Takashimaya Pop-up Cart.
• For preserved flowers, collection between 12pm to 8pm from 1 to 14 May.
• For fresh flowers, collection between 12pm to 8pm from 12 to May. 
• Option to self-colllect at The Daily Blooms studio 

Delivery timing during peak season is between 10-7pm. Due to the high volume, we are unable to accommodate to special timing request, it is advisable to place your orders as soon as possible before 12 May. Self collection option can be opted at checkout page. 

Order Changes

Kindly reconsider sending to offices to avoid WFH or work schedule changes. We seek your understanding in order to reduce any manual errors due to the high volume, changes to message, address, name or polaroid requested after 7th May will incur a $10 admin fee. All changes to be made at least a week in advance of delivery date to avoid charges. 

Floral Arrangement

Please note that we may have to substitute or make slight changes to the floral arrangement. We will do our best to keep to a similar colour theme.
